Our Class Teacher is Miss McCosh and our Classroom Assistant is Mrs Hall.
We are having a great school year and we love to learn in P7.
Our topics this year are World War Two, Farming and Titanic.
In our classroom everyone is resepcted and everyone is friendly.

This week P7s designed and made boats out of recyclable materials and then we tested them in the water tray to see how many marbles each one held. Which one do you think won?
P7 SPENT SOME TIME READING OUTSIDE IN THE BEAUTIFUL WEATHER THIS WEEK
P7 used IZAK9 to develop problem solving skills in Numeracy
P7 enjoyed a visit from Wenda from LMC to learn about Farm to Fork. She made a very tasty Chilli Beef Pasta which everyone enjoyed.
P7 Coding using Scratch

P7 Participated in an online session with HIP as part of Children's Mental Health Week
A group of four P7s represented the school at the Causeway Coast and Glens heat of the Road Safety Quiz and came 3rd. Well Done!!
P7 Apple Tasting
P7 enjoyed using Izak9 to develop their Numeracy Problem Solving Skills and to work together in a team.
P7 Coding in UICT using MicroBits
P7 used strips of paper to create stickmen and then measured the angles using a protractor

P7 Outdoor Numeracy Lesson. Pupils were estimating and measuring a variety of objects in cm and mm.
P7 Leavers' Hoodies
P7 used the style of Pointillism to paint Winston Churchill as part of their WW2 Art lesson
P7 have worked hard to come up with a classroom agreement which they have all signed.
